Emma Louise Fato was convicted on Tuesday, October 20, to knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime and knowingly participating in a criminal group to assist crime.
Fato, formerly of East Lynne, was sentenced in Sydney’s Downing Centre to two years’ jail, but the sentence was suspended on condition she abide by a good behaviour bond.
Execution of the sentence was suspended from 20 October 2015 under Section 12 of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedures) Act 1999 for two years provided Fato be of good behaviour and accept Community Corrections Service supervision.
