The Eurobodalla Under 13 boys soccer team went to Merimbula on the weekend to contest the Karl Posselt Cup, and came away undefeated winning all five games and taking out the championship.

Game 1 versus Southern Zone: 2-1; game 2 versus Shoalhaven: 4-nil; game 3 versus South West Slopes: 6-nil; game 4 versus Far South Coast: 2-1; game 5 versus Beachside (Tasmania): 3-1.
Stand out players for the carnival were: Byron Van Dyk - golden boot with nine goals for the carnival; Sean Griffin (captain) - Centre Back / sweeper - a rock in defence with unmatched determination; Nick Usher - deft touch in midfield, magnificent through balls; Jack Hirst - goalkeeper - read the game, positioned himself beautifully - standout keeper; Ethan Anderson - creative midfielder; Oliver Bogarde - superb in all areas of general play. All others had major contributions.
