It was awe-inspiring.
We express our sincere thanks to everyone for their wonderful contributions which allowed us to raise $8000 for the NSW Cancer Council.
We had 260 guests who attended the occasion, which we can directly attribute to the Bay Post, which generously published our event.
We are very grateful to them and to other local media.
Batemans Bay Soldiers’ Club also showed their generosity by kindly donating the auditorium, the assistance of staff members and other services, which resulted in the smooth running of the day.
Our sincere thanks go out to them.
We are also very grateful to the businesses and individuals who donated items for the Dutch auction, and to Michael Skuse for once again helping us with his unique auctioneering skills.
On behalf of members of the Night Owl Quilters, I thank everyone who participated for their support.
