Emma Fato, 34, pleaded not guilty to the charges in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday morning.
Ms Fato’s counsel, Mr Macauley, also sought a variation to her bail conditions, and she will now report to Batemans Bay Police once a week instead of twice.
Charged with supply/knowingly take part in the supply of a prohibited drug, knowingly participate in criminal group assist crime, supply a prohibited drug in a large commercial quantity, cultivate a prohibited plant – cannabis – in a large commercial quantity, and knowingly deal with proceeds of crime, Ms Fato will return to Batemans Bay Court on January 19.
Mr Macauley said the defence would call three witnesses.
Ms Fato first appeared before the court on August 18.
