AFTER six adjournments in Batemans Bay Local Court, magistrate Doug Dick told counsel there would be no more for the case of Adam Troy Fletcher, of Moruya, who is charged with murder.

In court on Monday, counsel for the accused said that all paperwork and forensic material relating to the case had been served on Friday.
Mr Dick then set down a committal hearing for January 19.
Mr Fletcher, who appeared by audio visual link from Lithgow Jail, is charged with the murder of a 41-year-old man at a flat in Evans Street, Moruya, on June 18.
Mr Fletcher first appeared in court on June 21 and has been in remand since that date.
