The Beverly Hills Cinemas and Subway Restaurant has been sold for $6.5 million through Michael Ajaka and Ari Danas, from JLL, who are also selling the Cronulla Cinema and Retail Complex.

The agents said cinemas are Sydney's property "stars". Mr Ajaka, JLL's director of sales and investments for South Sydney and Mr Danas, director of sales and investments for the city fringe and greater Sydney, handled the sale of the 1,450 sqm property with six cinemas. Mr Ajaka and Mr Danas are managing the sale process of the Cronulla cinema and retail complex, another entertainment and retail-based asset well-located in the popular beachside suburb and said they are in discussions with several interested parties.
Macquarie HQ finished
Brookfield Multiplex has completed work on Macquarie Group's global headquarters at 50 Martin Place on time. Refurbishment has transformed the 1928 building, on the corner of Martin Place and Elizabeth Street and above the heritage-listed banking chamber occupied by the Commonwealth Bank, into a commercial office of more than 20,000 sqm over 11 levels.
