HIGHWAY patrol officers have urged Eurobodalla residents to report offending drivers, after a spate of high-speed incidents.

On Wednesday, July 23, a driver was detected travelling at 96km/h in the 60km/h zone on Beach Road, Batehaven.
Senior Sergeant Andrew Palmowski said officers had been told of several high-speed incidents during July, with Catalina residents complaining of regular disturbances.
He said police responded with a speed-enforcement campaign, nabbing one driver on July 16 who was travelling at 92km/h in a 50km/h zone.
Sgt Palmowski urged residents to report makes and models of cars and times of incidents.
“When the public brings it to our attention, we can get good results,” he said.
This week a 21-year-old Batemans Bay woman was stopped on the Princes Highway, south of Mogo after being detected travelling at 128 km/h.
On Sunday, July 20, at 1am, a 31-year- old ACT male was stopped on Beach Road, Catalina and returned a positive breath test. He will appear in Batemans Bay Court on August 18, charged with mid-range drink driving.
On July 13, an ACT female was caught driving at 72km/h in the 50km/h zone on Campbell St, Moruya.
She will appear on mid-range drink driving and speeding offences in Moruya Court on August 8.
