A NSW Junior Polocrosse team which included Moruya’s Brittany Jones has returned after a month long tour of the UK.
Brittany Jones is a member of the Lake George Polocrosse Club and spent the month of July travelling and playing polocrosse in England and Wales. Along with Brittany was her Dad, Brett Jones, a well known horse identity, who was travelling with the team as the official coach. Other members of the team were from Narrabri, Temora, Duneedoo and the Pilliga.
The team travelled throughout the UK and competed over three weekends at various polocrosse carnivals. At their final competiton in Wales, the team was awarded the Tri-Nations Winners Title after competing against
both the UK and Ireland junior teams, over the two day carnival.
