The office closed when Batemans Bay builder Hess Pty Ltd went into receivership on March 21.
Hess Pty Ltd was a franchisee of GJ Gardner Homes and was automatically terminated from all franchise agreements effective on that date.
GJ Gardner Homes NSW managing director Jarrod Blamey insists that GJ Gardner customers in the Eurobodalla will not be disadvantaged.
“I personally got in contact with all the customers within a few days of this happening,” he said.
“They are all being kept up to date on a regular basis with the best solution by myself or the office. The great advantage of a franchise building company is the ability to work as a team and work quickly with those who have been affected.”
Mr Blamey said that other offices would be assisting the company in eventually meeting the needs of the affected Eurobodalla customers.
“Our neighbouring offices of Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands and Pambula have all jumped in to help out each customer, and we will make sure that none of the customers will be left for too long,” he said.
He added that all the other GJ Gardner offices were unaffected and would carry on their work as usual.
