Parkrun welcomed some of Canberra’s elite runners including former Olympic marathoner Martin Dent.
Cooler conditions than the previous few weeks allowed eight of the 47 starters to achieve new personal best times, and nine of those starters managed to get in under the 20-minute barrier.
For the fourth week running Tracy Denning managed a personal best time which is a fantastic achievement.
Regular Tracy Galvin got under the 30-minute mark for the first time, with new PB’s also going to Julie De Ernsted, Robyn Kennedy, Kaeren Sutherland, Jasen Higuchi and Morgan Pettit.
Erwin McRae was first home overall followed by inaugural winner James Minto, then Brad Hetharia.
All three were part of the speedy group visiting the South Coast for the weekend.
In the female category Zoe Whymark finished first followed by Lesley Cottle and Lyndall Goss.
