Well the team from Caring Approach, which provides a number of services for the aged community in the Shoalhaven, want to hear from you.
Caring Approach provides services along the South Coast and currently across the region has 1500 referrals in its system of local residents who are looking for basic cleaning help.
"I could offer 15 people jobs right now," said ACT and Southern NSW general manager Bill Aldcroft.
"We're not talking about forensic cleans - it's just the same as you would do at your own home - the washing up, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming or washing the floors, maybe some washing," he said.
"And often an offshoot of the process is also being able to connect with older members of our community."
Mr Aldcroft said the opportunity is there for multiple hours of work and even the chance "to make a career out of it".
"It is flexible, you can work the hours you want and make a career out of it," he said.
"We can offer people up to 30 hours of work a week. It might also lead to other avenues of employment - we don't just offer a cleaning service.
"We have a variety of aged-care services we provide to the community, which could even include taking people to appointments or outings and the like."
Mr Aldcroft said the program assists vulnerable and elderly community members to maintain their independence and ability to remain in their own home.
"Our target areas are Gerringong, Nowra, Shoalhaven Heads, Sussex inlet, Lake Conjola, Ulladulla and Mollymook," he said.

"We are seeking reliable and friendly staff who are willing to travel and have reliable transport. Although having transport is not a prerequisite and if you can handle shifts without transport that's up to you.
"Our clients provide all cleaning items, we just need staff to go."
Even late this week, a Caring Approach staff member in Ulladulla called in sick, meaning eight further clients who need servicing.
Mr Aldcroft said it was difficult to understand why, in an area that has high unemployment, it has been so "hard to attract staff"?
"We run these services in a variety of locations and it is really only here on the South Coast we are having problems getting staff," he said.
"It's a bit baffling actually - there is definitely work out there.
Apart from helping out those older members of our community, one of the best things is that we regularly see friendships evolve between the clients and the staff. Quite often to the extent that most shifts finish with a cup of tea and a chat.

"We would welcome any staff - ages start from around 17. But there is certainly no upper limit.
"If we have people in the same age demographics who are still active and want to give back to their community we'd love to hear from them.
"Alternatively, it could be a job for a mum while the kids are at school. It could be a fill in for a recently completed HSC student.
"We can work around your availability - be it morning, lunch time or after school, after work, weekends.
"We have some attractive packages and there is certainly scope for advancement.

"Both our staff and clients often establish a whole new circle of friends. So it's a real win-win.
"Often, even the just the company is of great benefit for our clients."
No training is required for the positions, friendly management teams are also in place to guide you through the process and answer any questions.
The only requirement is you be double vaccinated, and undergo a working with vulnerable people check or police check.
