The series of videos, organised by the Batemans Bay Business & Tourism Chamber, were shown to a small gathering of people on the Batemans Bay foreshore on Saturday night before the official lighting of the Christmas Tree.
The night started with carols sung by the U3A (University of the Third Age) singers and business chamber member Sara Ang before the videos were shown on a large-screen TV to the crowd of about 40 people.
The video featured the aforementioned André Rieu and Norah Jones as well as famous baritone Patrizio Buanne, composer Stephan Moccio, and Wesley Schultz from The Lumineers.
Australian classical violinist Patrick Roberts also sent a personal message complete with a special performance.
The Chamber also produced a 'visual Christmas postcard' captured by locally based production company Torchlight Media to share the Christmas spirit from Batemans Bay and surrounding villages to the world.
Batemans Bay Business & Tourism Chamber president Dave Maclachlan was excited to bring some joy back to the community in such an "extraordinary way".
"Our community has a lot of heart, and we have banded together for these couple of years to recover," he said.
"This show of support from some global superstars and the local community is the Christmas gift we all needed."
Newly elected Mayor, and former business chamber president, Mat Hatcher said Saturday night's videos were a great swansong on his time with the chamber.
"It's amazing to see what a group of volunteers who are passionate about their region can do," he said.
"To see something like that come off in these trying times is a testament to the people on the executive and the work they put in day in and day out for the community.
"It is an integral group that does so much for this community - I'm very proud of the five years I've put into the chamber."
A spokesperson from University Music Australia said the company and its artists were "proud to support the Batemans Bay Business & Tourism Chamber this festive season".
