The 18-year-old has been in searing form of late with a pair of podiums at Sydney Motorsport Park at the start of the month, and an impressive performance over the weekend of November 20 and 21 at the same venue despite sodden track conditions.

So far in 2021, four rounds of the Toyota 86s have taken place, however as many of the drivers could not participate due to border closures and COVID-19 restrictions, there will not be a winner awarded in the category this year.
Regardless, Sweeny is just eager to get back on Australia's most vaunted track and improve on his performance from last year.
"The series offers affordability, really close wheel-to-wheel racing and is definitely great for learning and refining your driving, especially on circuits like Bathurst," Sweeny said.
"I had car dramas at the first round at Bathurst this year and didn't finish a lap so really looking forward to it this time and giving it a proper crack.
"Across the top is a challenge with all the walls because you make a little mistake and it can have big consequences, but our pace is pretty good so it's just a case of keeping it together when it matters and working forward in the race."
The Bathurst 1000 will take place from November 30 to December 5. The Toyota 86s will be in action from December 2 to December 5, and fans of Bailey's can watch him race on Kayo Sports.
