So, with that in mind, the Bay Post will bring you all the developments currently on public exhibition with council, and a brief summary of what is being applied for.
All developments are sorted below by the date submissions on the applications close - submissions on any of the following DAs can be made on the Eurobodalla Shire Council's DA tracker.
Development applications dealing with private residences have not been included on this list unless they would create a dual occupancy, involve a block of units or apartments, or would add another storey to the house.

Friday, November 26
Two-lot subdivision in Moruya
Private applicants have applied to demolish a shed and carport on a block of land on Murray Street, Moruya, and turn the block into a two-block subdivision. One block would be 1226sqm, and the other would be 2858sqm.
Residential flat building (seven units) in Narooma
LFA (Pacific) Pty Ltd plans to build a three-storey block of seven units on Marine Drive, Narooma, not dissimilar to surrounding buildings. A single-storey house would be demolished to make way for four three-bedroom and three two-bedroom apartments with basement-level parking.
Multi dwelling housing (27 units) in Malua Bay
Coredev has applied to develop a large drive-in facility with 27 units on Jarrah Way, Malua Bay. There would be 21 three-bedroom units as part of the development, and six units described as having "four or more" bedrooms.

A private applicant plans to build three two-storey townhouses at an address on Brooke Way, Sunshine Bay.

Alterations and additions to cafe in Tilba Tilba
Progressive Project Solutions has applied to build an extension out the back of Ellen's Pantry, a popular cafe on Bate Street, Tilba Tilba.

Alterations and additions to clubhouse in Dalmeny
Progressive Project Solutions, on behalf of Club Dalmeny, has applied for works on Club Dalmeny on Ruth Place, Dalmeny. The works would include "internal alterations and addition of a deck area and new entry ramp to the existing club, alterations to the ladies toilets, alterations to the accessible toilet, alterations to the poker machine room, and a rework of the car parking layout".
