The side, which will compete in the Greater Illawarra Zone competition against teams from Illawarra, South Coast and Highlands, will be coached by Batemans Bay's Andrew Malcolm.
His strong 11-player squad, selected after Sunday's trials at the Bernie Regan Sports Complex, for the season includes North Nowra-Cambewarra trio Emily Zarafa, Katie Martin and Molly Lynch, Batemans Bay's Maddie Malcolm, Neve Smart and Georgia Lovegrove, Berry-Shoalhaven Heads' Emerson Boatswain and Aurora Boatswain, Sussex Inlet's Alyssa Gogerly and Tori Isherwood and Bomaderry's Anna Duncan.
The team's first official training will be held once again at the Bernie Regan Sports Complex from 10-12pm on Sunday, November 7.
This will give the stage three side numerous weeks to gel ahead of their season opener against Highlands on November 28 - with Illawarra locking horns with South Coast on the same day.
That same day, Shoalhaven will also play Twenty20 fixtures against Illawarra and Highlands.
The two-week T20 competition will wrap up the following week, with the two top sides facing off in the grand final on December 5.
