A driver has died and a passenger was flown to Canberra Hospital in a critical condition after a crash on the Princes Highway, south of Narooma, on Thursday, October 28.

Just after 9am, emergency services rushed to the scene where a black Lexus SUV had crashed into a tree at Tilba Tilba, about 20km north of Bermagui.
Police said the male driver was dead upon the arrival of emergency services and yet to be formally identified.
The male passenger was trapped for almost 4.5 hours in the vehicle as attempts were made to free him. Police said he was freed at 1.25pm and flown to Canberra Hospital.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the man was in a critical condition, suffering a suspected spinal, leg and arm injuries.
Four paramedic crews were at the scene. The Toll Air Ambulance Rescue Helicopter had a critical care paramedic and doctor onboard.
The Princes Highway is open in both directions and only minor traffic delays are being experienced.
At 2.30pm, VRA Rescue squads from Bega and Narooma were still at the scene. Central Tilba Rural Fire Service also assisted.
Officers from South Coast Police District established a crime scene and have commenced an investigation.
