The Tomakin Sports and Social Club on Sunpatch Parade currently has a DA on public exhibition that would see an outdoor bar built out the back of the bistro.
The $259,079 plans would see an outdoor bar built at the southern end of the existing outdoor area, along with a new "open pergola structure" to the west.
The children's play area would also have a new shade sail and fence, and new timber decking would compliment the new bar.
The paperwork states the new outdoor bar would "incorporate a 20-foot shipping container".
Elsewhere, four other clubs have recently applied for DAs, although none have reached public exhibition stage yet.
Club Dalmeny, on Ruth Place, has a $384,400 DA for "alterations and additions" to the club.
No paperwork is yet available on the DA, and no further details have been announced at this stage.
Club Malua has also applied for a $32,700 DA to improve the club's bowling facilities.
The DA seeks a "replacement and upgrade of the existing bowling green lights for the western green and addition of new lights to the existing eastern bowling green".
No paperwork on the DA will be available to the public until the public exhibition stage.
The Batemans Bay Soldiers Club has a $96,360 DA before council to build a new storeroom inside the building.
The Moruya Golf Club has a $46,222 DA before council that would see the existing golf pro shop moved, and extension to the balcony off the dining room, and the construction of a new ramp.
No information on when these four DAs will go to public exhibition is available at this early stage.
