Costume making, prop sourcing, lighting and set design planning continues, as The Bay Theatre Players stay positive that they will be able to entertain audiences as planned.
The cast of Children of The Black Skirt have been rehearsing online, with read-throughs of the play and working on line delivery to stay connected to the performance.
The talented cast of three, Michaela Burtenshaw, Scarlett Lane and Milly Shanahan are crossing their fingers that they can showcase all their hard work of the last few months, even at a reduced capacity audience.
Director Lyn Sterling is working hard to keep the passion and excitement alive for her cast, and is encouraging audiences to support The Bay Theatre Players production when the doors open again.
Lyn said this week "We, like theatres everywhere, need your support now so that we can continue to provide live entertainment into the future. Thank you everyone for your support of our local theatre and local young actors".
Tickets are now on sale for the Bay Theatre Players next major production, Children of The Black Skirt, directed by Lyn Sterling.
Please think positive and support your local theatre by purchasing a ticket. If the productions cannot proceed, tickets are fully transferrable or can be refunded.
The season is currently selling at 50% capacity, so book now and don't miss your chance to see this play.
