A woman with a child in the car has been charged with high range drink driving after being stopped by police just south of Batemans Bay on Friday afternoon.

Police were alerted to the vehicle after receiving several calls from the public regarding a silver Mazda 323 driving dangerously on the Princes Highway, Mogo.
Officers attached to Batemans Bay Highway Patrol located the vehicle travelling north on the Princes Highway and stopped it just south of Batemans Bay.
While police were speaking to the driver a 44-year-old woman they noticed a six-year-old girl in the back seat.
A road side breath test returned a positive result and the woman was arrested and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station where a breath analysis allegedly returned a reading of 0.273.
The woman was issued with a Field Court Attendance Notice (FCAN) for high-range PCA and her license was suspended.
She is due to appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, August 9.
