The Boars secured an important bonus-point win with a 26-10 triumph in a game that was in doubt during the week due to heavy rain fall.
The Boars started the better outfit, and handled the wet conditions much better early in the game which translated into territorial dominance in the first half.
However, it was Braidwood who scored first when Jeremy Ramm kicked a penalty goal in the 20th minute.
The Boars scored the first try shortly afterwards when Liam McPherson finished off some excellent work from the forward in the corner, which was converted by James Thomas for a 7-3 lead.
Braidwood picked up the pace in the latter part of the first half, but gave up a late try when Sam Reedy scooped up a loose ball to score in the corner.
James Thomas nailed his second conversion from the sideline to give Batemans Bay a 14-3 lead at half time.
That score remained until the hour mark when Boars veteran Andrew Fleming scored in the corner for a 19-3 lead.
Braidwood hit back for their first try less than five minutes later through Riley Turner, but a try to Batemans Bay's Angus Knight shortly afterward sealed the game for the visitors.
The final five minutes were entertaining as Braidwood threw everything at the Boars, but the defensive line held strong for a key win.
The win sees the Boars up the third place on the ladder, just one point behind leaders Bungendore and Jindabyne.
The Boars will host fellow undefeated side Bungendore at Hanging Rock Oval on Saturday, May 15, at 2.30pm.
