"They were newspaper articles and news features that I had collected over the last 25 years or so because I thought they would be interesting to look through in years to come," she said.
Among the newspaper clippings and features there is one from the Telegraph Mirror - "A Salute to the Fallen 1914 to 1918" that lists all the names of Australian's that didn't return home from WW1.
There is also two pages from the Illustrated London news from Saturday, February 27, 1858 and January 21, 1874 which Judy thinks she may have acquired in an auction job lot.
The collection has a variety of news from the Daily Telegraph's 'Pages in History'. Features about 9/11, the Sydney Harbour Bridge 75th birthday, the recent Seacliffe Bridge opening from the Mercury and the Bali Bombing.
Royals from the Queen mother to Princess Dianna and more are included along with a Narooma News feature on the 2014 Narooma floods.
"We are lucky that we have lived at this time and seen more change during our generation than any generation before us," Mrs O'Neill said.
"I have collected material that I thought would be interesting to look at as years go by, as they have been, but now I think it's time to find them another home," she said.
