Tutors are members who offer their time, knowledge and interests to others.
The annual membership fee of $40, entitles participants to be involved in as many different courses as desired.
Due to coronavirus the number of activities in the past year were unfortunately significantly reduced. With an appropriate COVID-19 plan in place many courses are back. Some courses are single talks, others are ongoing group activities.
The courses are held at a variety of venues throughout the shire.
This week the second semester has started offering 46 courses and in many courses places are still available, such as:
- Book Groups with an amazing variation of books to be discussed;
- Scottish Country Dancing
- Tai Chi
- A dinner group, organising a monthly dinner in local restaurants
- The U3A singers
- Wine Appreciation Groups where participants taste and discuss wine and have some fun
- Various discussion groups about news and history.
- A Sketching group
