Junior Rugby Union training starts this afternoon from 5pm-6pm, and will continue on Fridays for the next four weeks at Hanging Rock.
Player attendance will determine which age groups are nominated for the season with the club expecting to field under-10, under-12 and under-13 teams.
For the first four weeks, training will be every Friday from 5pm to 6pm.
A free sausage sizzle is available after every session.
The girls under-14 and under-16 teams have already started their training on Thursdays, 4.30pm to 5.30pm. Any new girls are welcome to come along.
