These were promised to us a couple of years ago, in the State budget, because we do not have access to cheap transport, like they do in the city. The cards can be used for petrol, taxis, bus trips to Canberra, Sydney, etc and trains, and come as a credit card, loaded with $250. They are valid for just over a year. You can apply online, which is easy, or by ringing 13 77 88 or attending your local Service NSW office.
