Locked down in Batemans Bay, Ms Adobo spent 2020 growing her online fame by uploading short clips to the app.

It was her way to stay creative during COVID-19.

"What else could I do at home?" the Malua Bay resident said.

"It's my passion to be creative and being stuck at home, I had to do something with all my drive."

Ms Adobo, 21 years, started uploading in March.

She claims a mixture of hard work and consistency led to her large following.

"You have to be consistent if you want success," she said.

"I put a lot of stress on myself.

"I was uploading three-to-five times a day.

"It took me two weeks to get 100,000 followers and six months to get one million."

In 2019, Allie travelled to the Philippines with her family.

While there, she was offered opportunities from modelling, to DJing, to acting in TV shows.

"Doing all of that in the Philippines was incredible," she said.

"When I was offered an opportunity, I took it; I didn't care what it was. If it was something creative, I was interested."

After her hard work to gain online fame, Allie said that it was a relief to see her numbers grow.

"It was kind of a 'finally' moment'," she said.

"All this hard work had paid off and I was on the right track."

Ms Adobo plans to boost her audience and may expand to other platforms.

"I am going to move to YouTube so that I can make more films and act again," she said.

She hopes to pursue her creative desires around the world and continue creating content.

"Ten years from now, I hope I will have the freedom to travel and be creative," she said.

"I'm very excited. Who knows what the future holds?"
