At Lyrebird Park, the competition front-runners won the toss and elected to bat.
Behind 75 from Lachlan Almond and 60 not out by Alex Parsons, the visitors posted 3-177 from their 40 overs.
With the ball, Chayton Morris (1-8), Cody Williams (1-37) and Jack Lonesborough (1-38) claimed wickets for the hosts.
In reply, only openers Lachlan Davis (21) and Lonesborough (12) reached double-figures, as Ex-Servos were rolled for 61 in the 22nd over.
Micah Edwards and Frank Neri dominated with the cherry, taking 4-9 and 3-16 respectively.
That victory improves Norths to two wins and one draw this season, which is the same record as second-placed Batemans Bay, who downed Ulladulla United at Hanging Rock Oval.
After being sent in, the hosts made 159 with the willow, on the back of strong knocks by Thomas King (42), Scott Murray (37) and Bailey King (30).
Harrison Fairs (3-16) and Eddie Lee (3-22) were the pick of the United bowlers.
In United's chase, only Brendan Hope (28) offered any real resistance, as the visitors were all out for 62 in the 18th over.
The damage was caused by Luke Gallen (3-4), Ryan Rotherham (3-12) and Bailey King (2-20).
The final match of round three was won by Berry-Shoalhaven Heads against Sussex Inlet at the Thompson Street Sporting Complex.
Batting first, the hosts reached 4-177 from their 40 overs, behind 70 from opener Shane Isherwood and an unbeaten 48 from Mitchell Ireland.
Campbell Bramley (2-18) was the best of the Magpies' bowlers.
In response, a 104-run second-wicket partnership by Matthew Watson (68) and Mathew Griffith (48 not out) guided the visitors to 4-180 in the 35th over.
Adam Sargood did all he could for Sussex, taking 3-24 with the ball.
Next week, United host Sussex, Ex-Servos take on Berry and Norths and the Bay's unbeaten starts will be put on the line when the two league-leaders clash at Ray Aboud Oval.
