The Postcards from the Fire photographic exhibition will run until December 9, from 10am to 4pm, from Tuesday to Sunday.
Organisers said it was an overwhelming success.
"More than 750 catalogues of the exhibited photographs have been sold and we are just keeping up with the demand," a CABBI spokesperson said.
"This is not the end.
"We are still asking you to share "your South Coast bushfire experience" through your photographs and stories.
"Your memories of this tragedy, that unfolded over the course of our spring/summer months, are important to the overall picture of this landmark community exhibition.
"By sharing your personal experiences through your photographs and stories, you are playing a significant role in helping us all understand the effects, large and small, on our community as a whole.
"You, can share your experiences during the fire with the community, by uploading your photographs and stories directly from your phone or computer to the Cabbi website or social media sites."

Organisers said the exhibition was meeting an important need and they hoped to expand from pictures into words to help the community process and recover from the summer ordeal.
"Traditionally, storytelling is a very powerful healing tool as a means to understand where we were then and now, and provide a path forward towards healing and recovery," a CABBI spokesperson said.
"To preserve your story for the future, CABBI is also proposing to conduct a more expansive South Coast bushfire oral history project following the exhibition.
"We look forward to seeing you at the exhibition and hearing your experiences.
"We also hope you will add your name to our list of interviewees for the oral history project."
