Solicitor Geoff Knox on Friday, November 6, also entered a guilty plea on behalf of Travis Lee Young to a charge of not giving particulars to another driver.
However Mr Knox told Magistrate Doug Dick he was instructed to enter pleas of not guilty to five other charges laid after an incident at Tuross Head on the night of Sunday, October 25.
Mr Young is charged with common assault, driving recklessly or furiously or at a dangerous speed or manner, two counts of not stopping a vehicle when directed and a further count of failing to provide particulars to another driver.
Mr Young's bail conditions were varied to allow him to report twice a week to police, rather than daily.
The matters were adjourned to December 11 in Moruya Local Court and the prosecution is due to provide a brief of evidence to the defence by November 27.
