From 8.30am, shoppers can hit the aisles.
To celebrate the opening, an Aldi spokesperson said there will be a number of unique "special buys" on offer, which will not be available collectively in any other store.
The special buys can be anything from skiing, gardening, cooking or entertaining and appear in store every Wednesday and Saturday.
Aldi Narooma has a team of 15-20 permanent full and part-time employees.
Managing director of NSW Aldi Alex Foster said the store has enhanced innovations and new features.
"We're excited to be opening our new store in Narooma and look forward to showing local residents the difference Aldi can make to their wallets and lifestyles," he said.

He said the store has better product displays, improved navigation and a modern interior design.
New features include redesigned shelving, expanded wooden produce bays, as well as extended energy efficient chillers and LED lighting. There will also be improved point-of-sale displays and store signage.
"While we're delighted to be introducing these innovations, we want our customers to know they won't lead to higher prices," Mr Foster said.
Aldi opened its first store in the Eurobodalla shire in 2004 (Batemans Bay).
The new store will be located at Narooma Plaza, 185 Princes Highway, Narooma.
Opening hours will be 8.30am-8pm Monday to Friday, with extended hours until 9pm Thursday. Weekend hours will be 8.30am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.
