With wonderful views in all directions from the cemetery on the hill, to pleasant breezes on the beach in good company, it was a thoroughly enjoyable day, rounded off by lunch with friends old and new.
So if you are over 18, and agree to walk with us at your own risk, why not join our friendly group for some gentle but satisfying exercise on our ever amazing coast? Contact either Margaret Fletcher, 4472 4886, 1mardif@gmail.com. Carol D'Evelynes, 4472 3504, alcohol7@bigpond.com.
The next walks will be Narooma's Apex Park, around Wagonga Inlet and Barlings Beach to Tomaga River. Sorry no dogs on our hour-long walks, which begin at 11am sharp, followed by a BYO picnic lunch.
Good walking shoes, water and protection from the weather is all that is needed to join our group.
Please note that the walks are never cancelled due to the weather, because, though it may be raining at your place it frequently is not raining at the walk venue.
