The bushwalkers also recognised three members who have been with the club for over 25 years - Karen Cockerill, Ainslie Morris and Mike Reynolds.
A spokesperson for the bushwalkers said while we celebrate their longevity and the work they have done for the club, a real celebration will have to wait until they can all meet together again.
"Walks this past week were both on the Bingie Dreaming Track - with one group completing an 'easy' circuit of 2.5 kms from the Bingie Bingie Headland.
"The another group of 13 walkers left earlier in the morning to complete a 10km circuit towards Coila Lake and the neck at Tuross.
"Both groups were fortunate to see whales on their walks.
"One member was particularly excited with finding a 'wedding bush' ricinocarpos pinifolius plant beside the track which she explained is quite rare in this area.
"The smaller group on the 'easy' circuit were privileged to be in the company of Ainslie Morris and Mike Reynolds sporting their 25 year anniversary badges.
"Walkers were keen to hear of their adventures as they have been leading walks every quarter - 90 of them over the past 24 years, however they are best known for their bushwalking camps and safaris," a spokesperson said.
