Moruya RSL sub-branch president Kevin Setter said the trio would lay the wreath "in memory of all who served during World War Two".
"Due to COVID-19 the sub-branch does not want to expose these men to a large gathering," Mr Setter said.
"It is intended that the service will be short.
"I will be laying a wreath in memory of all members of the Moruya Sub-Branch from when the first meeting was held to form a Sub-Branch of the R.S.S.I.L.A on the 14th August 1920."
Meanwhile, Gary Traynor reports official permission has been granted by NSW Police for a body of 10 participants (mainly youth) to march down the main street of Moruya (Vulcan Street) on Saturday under strict COVID-19 conditions.
"They will be wearing World War Two-era uniforms and carrying the flags of 1942 ABDA (American, British, Dutch, Australia) and the NZ flag and that of Papua New Guinea," Mr Traynor said.
"They will be given the privilege of a police escort."
Mr Traynor said strict COVID-19 precautions and social distancing would be practised.
"It is believed they are the only youth/history group to be marching on VP Day in NSW," he said.
ROUTE: They are due to form up at Russ Martin Park at 11am, turn left to march south on Vulcan Street; turn right into Mirrabooka Avenue. Wreath laying at the wooden statue of the Dutch Airman outside the Air Raid Hotel.
In Batemans Bay, Brian and Trish Wheeler will lay a wreath on the Honour Stone on Clyde St at 10.50am.
