Blake William Banner, a former volunteer firefighter from Tarraganda, has previously pleaded not guilty to seven counts of intentionally causing fires and being reckless to their spread between Bega and Doctor George Mountain Rd in October and November 2019.
He did not appear in person when his case appeared in Bega Local Court on Tuesday, July 14.
Magistrate Doug Dick adjourned the matter to September 15 and excused Mr Banner from appearing in court that day, as well as at the next occasion.
