Crews were called to a property at about 4.30pm, on Old South Coast Road, Narooma, Tuesday, June 16.
Narooma RFS captain Sophie Taylor said the fire started from indoor fire coals.
"They discarded their indoor fire coals on the grass in the paddock and it caught alight causing a grass fire," Narooma RFS captain Sophie Taylor said.
"It's the second one in a few weeks caused by the same thing."
Ms Taylor said the fire didn't spread much.
"The land owner slowed the spread until we got there," she said.
"It ended up being about 20m x 10m. It partially burnt a shed containing firewood, partially burnt a power pole with a bit of damage, and burnt a pile of pine logs."
