The 44-year-old entered the foyer at 11.30pm and allegedly became verbally abusive, swearing at officers, police said.
Officers will allege the man refused to leave, after they directed him to do so.
He allegedly continued to use offensive language, and grabbed a police officer on the forearm.
"After a struggle", the man was arrested and taken to the custody area.
Police charged him with offensive language, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and refusing a move-on direction.
He was granted bail, and is due to appear at Moruya Court on June 12.
