The park has temporarily closed due to COVID-19 government mandates.
The public can post questions to the Zookeeper Chad or Mogo Wildlife Park Facebook pages, or on Instagram.
People could ask, for example, how certain individual animals were doing, or certain types of animals.
He would respond to questions about the animals as quickly as possible, and include some video responses.
Mr Staples wanted the public to stay updated with what was happening behind the closed doors.
He said the animals were going well and "everyone is OK".
"Just like through the fires, I try to make sure animals don't know there is a crisis going on," he said.
"No matter what happens, animal welfare comes first to me."
