A man and woman will face court on Monday, March 23, after drugs and firearms were allegedly seized during a search warrant near Batemans Bay in January.

Police said information was received during the bushfire emergency that cannabis was allegedly being grown at a remote, rural property in Mogood, north -west of Batemans Bay.
On Thursday, January 30, officers from South Coast Police District executed a search warrant at the property.
Officers allegedly located and seized more than 50 cannabis plants, 1.35kg of dried cannabis and three unregistered firearms.
Following extensive inquiries, a 45-year-old man and 48-year-old woman were charged in relation to these items.
The woman was charged with supply prohibited drug and cultivate prohibited plant.
The man was charged with possess unauthorised pistol, two counts of possess unregistered firearm, not keep firearm safely and unlawfully obtained goods (in/on premises).
The pair were granted conditional bail and are due to face Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, March 23.
