Concrete segments will be delivered to site from the week of Monday, February 17 until October from Jeremadra, south of Mogo, along the Princes Highway to Batemans Bay, weather permitting.
Segments will be delivered under police escort weekdays from 6am to 7am, from 9.30am to 2.30pm and 4:30pm to sunset. On Saturdays segment delivery will occur between 6am to 8am.
The deliveries will not occur during peak traffic hours, at night, or on Sundays and public holiday long weekends. The deliveries will also avoid bridge opening times of 11.45am and 2.20pm.
All road users should follow the direction of the NSW Police escort if they are travelling during segment delivery times and may experience delays of up to 10 minutes.
Motorists should be aware of variable reduced speed limits between 60 km/h and 80 km/h on sections of the Princes Highway.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions; safely use designated overtaking lanes and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
During these delivery times, delays of up to 30 minutes may be experienced for boat users wanting to use the Clyde Street boat ramp. Boaters can still use Hanging Rock and Nelligen boat ramps uninterrupted.
