A Mogo man has been refused bail after being charged with receiving and possessing goods looted from Betta Home Living in Batemans Bay.

Kain Falla, 33, of Queen St, was refused bail in Batemans Bay Local Court on Wednesday, February 5, and will reappear via audio-visual link on February 6.
He is charged with receiving a Samsung mobile phone stolen from the store after it was damaged in the New Year's Eve bushfire.
He is also charged with possessing an Apple iPod and and Apple iBuds which he may reasonably have suspected of being stolen.
Police said he was arrested at a Beach Road, Batemans Bay, hotel on Tuesday, February 4.
He was also charged with, on the same day, supplying the prohibited drug methamphetamine and possessing a glass pipe for its administration.
Falla faces a further charge of being armed on January 7 with a flick knife with the intention of committing an indictable offence.
He is also charged with driving recklessly, furiously and/or dangerously between 8pm and 8.20pm on January 7 on the Princes Highway, between Mogo and Moruya.
No pleas have been entered.
