Social Triples: Thursday, November 28. Today another visitor joined us for a game, we welcomed Ross Pfeiffer from Temora. Being the last Thursday of the month all green fees were paid out in prize money, and this was presented to teams that had a draw. The players on rink nine, Mike Hall, Murray Hardy, Brett Keegan, Gary Chapman, Ken Beattie, and Brian Bacon scooped the pool as rink nine was the only rink that had a drawn game. The first resting toucher prize was shared by Vince Fisher and Dave McCraw. Ken Nunan and Ross Pfeiffer were the lucky winners of the club voucher prizes in the raffle. There was no jackpot draw so the growing kitty carries over to next week.
Social Pairs: Monday, December 2. Our visiting bowler today was Dennis Athbridge from Karuah near Port Stephens. The winners were Fred Burggraaf, Peter Jeffs, and Chris O'Brien with a big margin of plus 29. The runners up were Peter Harris, Dennis Athbridge, and Ron Beeley with plus 18. The jackpot draw went to the winning skip on rink 10, but Steve Hall missed the joker and the jackpot was not won. The kitty will carry over to next week. The first resting toucher prize was claimed by Chris O'Brien. Murray O'Bryan was one of the lucky winners of the club vouchers in the raffle.

The last bowls day of spring for the year turned on variable conditions for last Tuesday's social bowlers concluding with a strong unpredictable wind. Format for the three triples games was versatility, requiring ladies to play six ends in each team position.
