Transport for NSW confirmed the section toppled over and damaged the truck parked at the project's pre-cast yard, south of Mogo, on Monday, September 23.
"A concrete precast bridge section toppled over from its support blocks damaging the cab of a truck parked nearby," a Transport for NSW spokesperson said.
"No workers were injured and SafeWork regulators attended the work site.
"Workplace safety is a key priority for Transport for NSW and we will work closely with contractor John Holland to implement any safety improvements required."
The Bay Post/Moruya Examiner understands no one was inside the truck at the time of the incident.
The $274 million Batemans Bay Bridge replacement project began early works in November 2018 and major works in early 2019 and was planned to be complete in early 2023.
