The Eurobodalla Shire Council says it will give Dunns Creek Road a $1.25 million upgrade, between The Ridge Rd and Woodlands Rd over the next 18 to 24 months.

Works included road realignment and widening along a 4.35 kilometre section.
Infrastructure director Warren Sharpe said road safety improvements were part of council's commitment to reduce road trauma.
The road has been the site of several crashes including a two-car crash in 2018 that injured three, including a five-year-old.
"Dunns Creek Road is a rural distributor connecting George Bass Drive and Tomakin Road," Mr Sharpe said.
"Over the past ten years, Dunns Creek has seen a higher than average increase in traffic. Subsequently, vehicle crashes have risen."
Mr Sharpe said the work, funded by the NSW Government's Safer Roads program, had started this month and would continue over two years, in line with available grant funding.
"Commuters can expect to see the road widened to provide for 3.25 metre lanes and 1.25 metre shoulders, with road edges lines and reflective markers on centre and edge lines," he said.
"We'll also be realigning the curves in the road north of Dunns Creek Bridge, improving road drainage and installing guardrail - improving property access and road safety for vehicles and cyclists.
"Work is already underway. We've begun with widening the shoulder along a one kilometre stretch from The Ridge Road."
