Lifesavers and surf club volunteers are well into their preparation for another busy season patrolling Broulee Beach. The Broulee Surfers Surf Lifesaving Club hopes to see the return of all its nippers and families to the beach, plus some who are new and keen to join in the fun each Sunday morning. To renew your membership or to register to become a new member, visit the surf club's website where you will be directed to the Surf Lifesaving Australia website.
What's Nippers all about?
Nippers engages children with the beach in a safe environment. The Broulee Nippers Junior Development Program makes sure kids have fun at the beach while participating in lessons which create a pathway to becoming a fully rounded participant in both lifesaving and sport. The program is for children aged seven to under-14. Nippers can help grow confidence, knowledge and skills in the beach environment. Nippers is also a great social get together.
