The session was held at the Batemans Bay Soldier's Club on August 26.
Project Officer Lisa Foley said its purpose was to give interested people the opportunity to speak directly to the panel before a decision was made on the concept proposal.
It would be subject to a further development approval.
Relevant documents would be available on the Planning Panels website www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/planningpanels
Any person was welcome to attend the public meeting to observe.
