On Saturday, the outdoor show opens at Willinga Park, Bawley Point. Now in its third year, the event is expected to attract thousands of visitors - and earn one sculptor $50,000.
The third event, which began in Batemans Bay as Sculpture on Clyde but moved last year to Bawley Point, is expected to attract thousands of visitors to the Coast.
Indoor sculptures can be seen at the Francis Guy building, near Bridge Plaza.
Terry Snow's Willinga Park offers a rare glimpse of his impressive private sculpture collection by internationally and nationally celebrated artists.
The gardens will also be on show and hourly bus tours of the Equestrian Centre will be held.
"The number of sculptures on display has increased by 30 per cent compared to last year.
"The calibre of work submitted has also been extremely high. The event offers over $60,000 in prizes."
The winner of the Acquisitive Prize, with $50,000 in prize money, will join five other permanent sculptures:
"Duet" by Dora Rognvaldsdottir - Clyde Street
"Bouyansea" by Jesse Graham - Beach Road
"Dance" by Haruyuki Uchida - Spinnaker Reach
"Pelicant" by Jesse Graham - Batemans Bay Marina
"Portal" by John Fitzmaurice - at the end of Mara Mia Walkway
"These last two sculptures were crowd favourites at last year's exhibition and were purchased after the event with local donations and crowdfunding," the spokesperson said.
"This permanent Sculpture Walk is the real driver behind the Sculpture for Clyde event. The goal is to create a legacy for locals and visitors to Batemans Bay, with a 3D, outdoor art gallery, open all year round.
Open weekends from 10am to 4pm, and weekdays from 11am to 3pm. Tickets are $5, purchased online or at the gate, and bus tours are $5, paid at the venue.
Meanwhile, a varied and impressive array of student sculptures will be on display in Batemans Bay business windows from August 17 - September 1.
The student competition aims to foster and promote the talent of young artists and features the work of young sculptors from Bateman Bay High School, St Peter's Anglican College and Carroll College.
Their work is displayed in shopfronts throughout the CBD and a map will guide viewers along North Street, into the Village Centre, up Orient Street and back to 5 Clyde Street.
"Business owners have been so supportive of this new project which promotes both Art and local business," said organiser Frances Harmey.
"We just love that young artists can have this exposure and that business owners can display their own artistic flair by designing fabulous shopfront windows."
The business with the best display will win $400. The best student sculptor (judged) will win $200 as well as a beautiful sculpture for their school. Locals can vote for the People's Choice award of $200 in all the stores exhibiting sculptures.
