Sing a Song of Murder, the Bay Theatre Players' murder mystery dinner show at the Soldiers Club Auditorium on Saturday, August 17, was a sell-out and a great success.
Those who attended had a fun-filled night being entertained by the antics of the young performers as they acted out the plot.
Many people dressed up in clothes reminiscent of the 1960s and there were quite a few who donned wigs and glasses and were unrecognisable.
There was much laughter at the end of the evening as each table put forward their views on who committed the murder.
Congratulations to the director Glen Tulip, the cast and crew, to Viv Wheatley and all those involved in the organisation of the event.
Don't forget The Borrowers will be the next play exploration on Wednesday, August 21, at 7pm at the Playhouse, 33 Gregory Street, Batemans Bay.
This is the story of the quirky, wonky, miniature world of young Arrietty and her family of Borrowers who make use of anything and everything they find "upstairs" until their existence is torn apart by the arrival of a family of "Human Beans".
Belinda Quick will host the evening and everyone is welcome.
