An RMS spokesperson said the night work would be carried out between 6pm and 6am on weeknights.
The closures would be in place for drainage replacement work and the installation of concrete barriers.
RMS said this would progress road safety improvements already underway, including safety near the intersection of Boardinghouse Road.
In the event of wet weather, the work would be rescheduled for the following week and motorists are advised to check electronic message boards for updates.
Traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h would be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.
Daytime activities would continue at the site on weekdays between 7am and 5pm on weekdays until late October, weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
