Jordon Matthew Delaney, 23, of the tiny township north of Batemans Bay, appeared via audio-visual link on July 29 in Goulburn Local Court.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of police pursuit.
The chase only ended when road spikes were placed on the Monaro Highway west of Nimmitabel.
Police facts tendered in court said the pursuit began about 12.20pm on June 19, at Morans Crossing, north west of Bega, on the Snowy Mountains Highway, when police clocked Delaney driving a BMW 3 convertible at 143km/h.
Police pursued the car for a short distance, however stopped because of the danger.
They spotted the vehicle again near 18 Mile Creek near Bemboka and another pursuit was initiated. This time the car fluctuated between speeds of 130-165km/h and was crossing onto the other side of the road to pass other vehicles.
Through Bemboka, the vehicle reduced its speed to 100km/h in the 60km/h zone. As it left Bemboka Delaney increased the car's speed to between 120-145km/h as it continued toward Brown Mountain.
Police terminated the pursuit again on the mountain.
Then at about 3pm, the car was spotted by police seen travelling north near Bombala. Police once again chased the car for a short distance.
About 15 minutes later the vehicle was seen travelling west through Nimmitabel and police then set up road spikes at Rock Creek on the Monaro Highway. They arrested Delaney, who was taken to Cooma District Hospital for blood/urine samples and a health check.
He was released from hospital and taken to Cooma Police Station.
In Goulburn Court on July 29, Delaney's solicitor requested an adjournment to enable a Justice Health Report to be completed on his client.
Magistrate Geraldine Beattie adjourned the matter to September 23 in the Goulburn Local Court for sentence.
