The bridge's project team hosted a pop-in session on July 2 to address questions about possible effects on the Clyde River.
Members of the public must submit feedback on the new southern and northern foreshore designs by Friday, July 12.
Batemans Bay Sailing Club member Andrew Bain said the club's main concern was the building of the T-wharf.
"There's been some agreements to a floating wharf but every time they come out with a new design, it's sillier," he said.
"What we want to see is an easily-addressable floating wharf that is attached to (the T-wharf), so boats can easily pull up in town - that goes from cruise boat tenders to yachts.
"Batemans Bay is a superb boating area and it has a really difficult interaction between the river and the land: most of it is unapproachable rock."
Mr Bain, however, had faith the designers would improve the plan and said "our issues are issues for another meeting or debate".
Long Beach resident Reina Hill was concerned about which measures would be taken to address wild weather, including the combination of an east-coast low, king tide and inundation.
"My concerns were way down the track," she said. "What happens when sea level rises and what happens when you get a storm surge that coincides with a king tide?
"What sort of protections would they put there, like rock walls or even training walls, and ... what impacts they might have elsewhere and what sort of studies are being done to show that. There are so many unknowns."
Batemans Bay Boaters Association spokesperson Harry Watson Smith said people had concerns the pop-in sessions did not provide enough detail.
He said his association's executives and "many other people" had a proposal to enhance water-land interface and improve access to the CBD.
He said the proposal would be presented at a public forum organised by Coral Anderson and Milton Leslight, hosted by Our Towns Our Say at 4pm on Saturday, July 13, at the Soldiers Club, Batemans Bay.
