I have been looking at glamorous larger homes and oohing and ahhhing at their opulence, but when I went to look at 26/12 Old Princes Highway, Batemans Bay, I was in for a real shock.
I found a villa with style.
This villa is located in a complex, but it is more like a community than a "complex", and is so near to town that you wouldn't bother starting up the Lamborghini!
The complex is clean and very tidy, with Australian native shrubs and trees located throughout.
Villa number 26 has been renovated with style and although it may not be as big as some of the other homes I have shown you, it has all the glamour!
It has a gorgeous shiny bright white kitchen that is surprisingly big for a villa and the bathroom, wow!
Is that marble tiles on the wall? Such clean slick lines and so spacious. Two of the three bedrooms have built ins and if you used the third as a study you could write an epistle!
The tiles on the floor in the family, dining area are large, I wouldn't be surprised if they were Italian, and provide a feeling of spaciousness.
The new reverse air conditioner is positioned to heat and cool the entire house.
Whilst I was visiting, I couldn't help but notice how peaceful it was, particularly out the front of the villa.
There are trees planted along the perimeter of the front verandah, providing privacy for you and a friend to sit and chat. I can picture colourful pots and a comfortable outdoor setting here, in what would be a perfect sun spot.
A single garage with an automatic door, protects the Lamborghini or your Mini and keeps your car and tools secure.
If you are a DIY person, you are a stone's throw from Bunnings and if you wanted to keep fit, you could leave your car in the garage and stroll into town or down to the promenade for lunch.
Such a surprise package and ideal for a down-sizer or a lady or gent on their own, but why not a small family getting a foot in the market? I actually suggested to Bronwyn Geppert and Sarah Ralston that I might move into town because I would be very comfortable in this villa of delight!
